The Continental Condos

Another site in a long line of collaboration with Dulce Design, the website for The Continental Condos in Bellevue, Washington has a nicely balanced combination of Flash elements for motion within an html framework. This allows for a site that is friendlier to search engines, as well as one that is easier to update and maintain, thus saving our client money in the long run.

For this project, Dulce provided the site design, and Dorey Design Group provided motion and interactivity design, as well as programming and building the site. The Continental Condos website features a small “news ticker” area that can be updated by the client without needing to contact us for maintenance. The benefit of this is two-fold: First, with a minimal investment at the beginning of the project we’ve provided an easy, user-friendly solution allowing our client to keep the website up to date without incurring ongoing maintenance costs. Second, updating the site regularly will assist in search engine rankings as well as give a reason for visitors to check back regularly. This news area also features an RSS feed which will allow visitors who wish to receive their updates through a feed reader to be constantly up to date on goings-on with The Continental.
