NYC turning payphones into Wi-Fi hotspots

When was the last time you have used a payphone? Well if you are in New York you may consider using one soon.

The city has recently started to convert some of the payphones into free Wi-Fi hotspots

I think this is a great idea since I rarely ever see a payphone in use.
